Une nouvelle étude parue dans Nature Astronomy montre que l'une des plus grandes étoiles connues, nommée WOH G64, a subi une transformation spectaculaire en 2014 en passant de supergéante rouge à hypergéante jaune. Ce changement brutal pourrait être le signe d'une supernova imminente.
