How to run a photography business? Decide what type of photography service you'll offer. Develop your business plan. Decide your business structure. Create a business name. Gather needed equipment and supplies. Create marketing material. Market. How to get better at composition? Pick a good subject. Choose the size you want. Create your own crop. Think about placement. Control your lines. Balance positive and negative space. Add contrast. Simplify distracting elements. What focusing more to use and when? Nothing ruins a photograph more then a blurry,unsharp image. One of the godsend of modern DSLR technology use the autofocus feature but as useful as autofocus is, sometime the camera gets it wrong and focuses on the wrong subject. The four primary focus modes ( continues, single, automatic, manual) give you a tremendous amount of flexibility to capture exactly what you want. Do you really need a full frame camera to be competitive? Your camera is simply a tool, one that you use to create your vision of the scene infront of you. A camera can only do what you tell it to, so it's not going to capture that nice photos app by itself. But what if a camera doesn't perform upto your expectation? Then it maybe time for an upgrade.
