With the right life coaching tools and techniques, you can find more time ⌚ in your life to do whatever you want. It's not always easy to find time for yourself is it? Does it make you feel frustrated, it does for me? 🫤 We all need time to do what makes us happy don't we? I'm in your corner and work often makes time hard to come by for me as well. So, before we do anything else let's spend a few minutes thinking about what you'd do with more free time. -What would you be doing with your family and friends in the free time you’ve created for yourself? -What hobbies are you pursuing? -What kinds of vacations would you take? -What do you do for fun? -If you currently don’t have any free time, how can you create some? -What would you do if you had some free time? Then find photos or images of all the things you want for this area and add them to your vision board (see videos 1-5 in this series on my YouTube channel).
