Welcome to the Beetle in the Box podcast Why Beetle in a Box? - Ludwig Wittgenstein proposes the we describe our world by "Private Language we think in pictures and assume others share the same pictures. He used a story of each of us having a matchbox with an object called a beetle. We each have a picture of a beetle, and Wittgenstein suggested that we assume we know what a beetle is but our picture could be very different.Beetle in a Box aims to shine light on the unique contents of our own match box, and by doing so, deepen our understanding of how others may view their lives and their world.We take a peek into the individual match box of each of the guests and aim to expand our understanding of their reality, how they see their world?
