As a master's student in learning and development, and as an instructional designer at a large tech organization, I'm learning a ton every day about my field. I want to share what I'm learning and also where I think L&D is heading. I also want to share what this field of work even is because a lot of people don't know about it. Becoming an L&D professional is a great career path with a decent demand for jobs and a good deal of autonomy within those jobs.
