The Bottom Forty is hosted by Greg Glover who grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, but relocated to New York City in the mid 1990s. He co-founded the indie label Arena Rock Recording Company (Harvey Danger, Superdrag, Elf Power, Calla, Bombay Bicycle Club) in 1995 and also served as an A&R rep for both London/Slash and Sire Records. Each half-hour issue of the show blends genres and features an expansive range of new music from the underground (U.S. indie U.K. imports unsigned bands) as well as deeper tracks from more established artists.
