For the first time in a year and a half, the Purple Dinosaur Podcast returns. The reason, of course, is the Colorado Rockies' firing of manager Bud Black, the winningest -- and losingest -- skipper in club history.The 2025 Rockies are currently on pace to lose 135 games in a sport that plays 162 in a season. They have what appears to be one of the worst rosters ever assembled under the auspices of being a "major league" sports team. They can't hit nor pitch. Oh, and they can't field.
