The womb, specifically, is where women hold sexual trauma, betrayal, and the weight of being silenced across generations. ๐Ÿ”น Ancestral patterns are real. In Jennifer's work, the root cause of chronic pain and illness is most often found in the maternal line, grandmothers, great-grandmothers, women we may never have met whose unprocessed emotions live on in our bodies. ๐Ÿ”น The three-session process works. Session 1: Hypnotherapy to find the root cause. Session 2: Holotropic breathwork to release. Session 3: Hypnosis to connect with your future healed self and receive guidance. ๐Ÿ”น Anger needs a healthy outlet. We were never taught how to express anger safely.
