Behind Beautiful ThingsAuthor: ForthHand
Behind Beautiful Things is the new name for the podcast Sad Times.Bob Dylan once said, "Behind every beautiful thing, there's been some kind of pain".Behind Beautiful Things is a Mental Health Podcast focused on storytelling. Each episode of Behind Beautiful Things features a guest, and we talk with them about how sadness manifests within them; what type of behavior that may surface as a result from being sad, upset, or troubled. We believe as a society we don't always share the feelings, thoughts and actions that accompany these moments. We hope the stories told in these episodes will help the listener feel less alone and perhaps a bit more empathetic in day to day life.
