Coming up we have AFL LEGEND and PREMIERSHIP COACH Paul Roos joins me from his home in Hawaii, to chat all things Life, Leadership. Culture, High Performance, Family, Footy, Fatherhood, and much much more. You won't want to miss this latest ep. We did have Roosy on the show for a two-part series in 2021. This one is another absolute ripper! For those unfamiliar I've written a quick summary below- hard to fit in a small blurb Paul Roos is in the Australian Football Hall of Fame having played 356 games for both Fitzroy and the Sydney Swans. It was at the Fitzroy Lions that he became a household name, captaining the club winning 5 best and fairests, 7 All Aus Reps 2 of them as captain, the 1986 Leigh Matthews Trophy for the Players MVP, as well being named CHB in the Lions Team of the Century . After moving up to Sydney- He played some great footy before moving into coaching where he truly flourished- winning coach of the year in 2003 ALL AUS Coach in 2005 the same year he coached the Swans to their first AFL Premiership since 1933!!! He has since gone on to coach Melbourne helping them become the powerhouse they are today and today ply's his brilliant leadership and culture building philosophies with his company of which founded Performance by Design!!
