Comedy Church is hosted by comedians Greg Kyte, a former evangelical Christian, and Adam Broud, a former Mormon. Greg and Adam are unique in that theyre stand-up comics that used to be deeply religious. Greg was once a music minister for an evangelical church, and Adam spent 2 years living in the mountains of Brazil as a Mormon missionary. Theyve both converted others to Christianity, led congregations in worship services, and cried privately after sinfully masturbating. They now look back on their previous religiosity and appreciate the insights, trauma, and comedic fodder that it gave them
