Send us a Text Message.One of the things I am most proud of throughout this whole journey and experience has been hearing messages from some of you that my story, coaching and wisdom has brought you an immense amount of hope, and I want to continue to do that. A part of that comes from sharing the hardest, scariest and most difficult moments of my health story and the consequences that can come from not making your health a priority. In this episode I’ll be opening up about a moment of hope I was reminded of recently from a time I was at my lowest.
