Following his 2025 Dynasty Podcasts interview in support of Crying Tiger, Chef Thai Dang checks in for another interview and tasting session, this time at his HaiSous Vietnamese Kitchen restaurant in Pilsen. Chef Thai recalls the early day of HaiSous, from detailing the emotional toll involved with opening a new restaurant following the traumatic events at Embeya to describing how the Pilsen neighborhood has changed since the restaurant opened its doors.
