His career includes 12 combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He served as both a team leader and a team member in high-risk, high-performance environments where trust, preparation, and accountability meant the difference between success and failure.Throughout his career, Lee learned that leadership is not a title, it’s earned through competence, consistency, and taking responsibility for the team.
