Joe has a remarkable story starting in banking, switching to private equity, and ending up founding Victory Farms, which is on its way to becoming the largest Tilapia fish farm in Africa over the coming few years. Not only has it shown tremendous growth over the last year, but he’s accomplished it while improving the environment and providing the opportunity for his workers to increase their net-worth by almost tenfold!
