Francesca has a passion for performance nutrition and holds a Masters of Science in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Nutrition, and will be pursuing her doctorate degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Nutrition starting Fall of 2025. Francesca is certified as a sports nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN). She is additionally certified by Precision Nutrition and RP Strength as a nutrition coach.Francesca's passion for powerlifting started her on the journey to health and fitness, and led to a passion for helping strength athletes eat for performance and platform PRs through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
