On this episode Chris Prentice and Ryan MacPhail came over to my place for a BBQ and podcast episode. Chris was nice enough to prepare some wild bison meat from his bison hunt prior to sitting down and recording this episode! He made bison burgers as well as backstraps for Ryan and I!
