Conscious Creative Leadership is a series of informal conversations about leadership in the 21st century, between close friends, trauma therapist Darren Abrahams and Leadership Mentor Nadine Benjamin MBE. Darren and Nadine are both professional singers, entrepreneurs and Certified High Performance coaches and together they explore what it means to be a leader in a changing world - starting with leading yourself. Now in our second season, each half hour chat focuses on a different element of leadership, from Clarity to Commitment to Imposter Syndrome. We met as singers, trained together as High Performance Coaches and have been cheerleaders, supporters and truth tellers for each other as we create our own initiatives and projects. In 2021 we came together creatively for the first time to write and produce a new opera, BEAM, a story of one womans healing journey from trauma to leadership.
