Welcome to Season 1 of the Nurses that Wow! Podcast In this episode we'll hear from Dr. Swart on her road to empowerment. Dr. Swart is a registered nurse and serves as the Executive Director of ANA-Illinois, Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nursing and the Illinois Nurses Foundation. She is also the CEO/President of SYS Consulting Solutions, Inc. She is currently serving as the Vice President of the American Nurses Association.
