Not those that put up the facade of perfection. Why am I qualified to do this? I've spend the last ten years facing hard truths and opening conversations around them. It's really cathartic! I spent a year backpacking the world, combat Army Vet (never saw that coming), graduated culinary school, became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, a published author, launched a biz and went back for a BS in Marketing.
