Food Ingredients and the Advanced Bioeconomy

Student delegates from across the Unites States participating in the Consortium for Advanced Bioeconomy Leadership Education (CABLE) share their findings of food ingredients that are frequently made from petroleum. Biobased technologies are now producing Vanilin, Stevia, Xylitol, and Rosemary extract.
