The Rays some how come back and beat the Padres 5-4. The Padres took a 2 run lead in the top of the 4th to make it 2-0. Junior Caminero gave the Rays a run back with a 455 ft solo homer to make it 2-1. The Padres got a big insurance run in the top of the 7th to make it 3-1. Then for the 2nd straight day against the best bullpen in baseball the Rays mounted their comeback. Jonny DeLuca hit a 2 run homer in the bottom of the 9th against Mason Miller to tie the game at 3. In extras, neither team were able to get a run across in the 10th inning. The Padres put up 1 run in the top of the 11th to make it 4-3. The Rays scored the tying run on an error to tie the game.
