As I recently had some loved ones attempt suicide I felt it was a important time to talk about this. It’s often too taboo in my community to discuss however if we never discuss it how can we heal. I share some very deep intimate facts about myself and discuss my experience with suicide and depression. My hopes are to open peoples eyes to what really goes on in the head of someone who is suicidal. I want to make it ok to talk about it. One love.
