Join me and Bre as we have a candid conversation about learning to let go. It can be really difficult to let go and step into the unknown, we often stay in jobs, friendships, and intimate relationships longer than we need to because of the fear about what is to come or what we are leaving behind. Bre and I discuss things that we've found useful in determining when to move on from something, particularly intimate relationships! In reality, the road is never easy, but we're both committed to our growth and becoming our highest selves, and a key part of this is shedding what no longer serves us.
