繼上一篇【動態策略】從隨機性陷阱談到飛輪效應(2/2)中，提到「潤滑劑」的這個概念之後，很多人發現這點似乎是整個飛輪要轉得快又好的關鍵。沒有「潤滑劑」一樣可以推動飛輪，但用了它，就會讓軸心和輪盤間有個較容易施力的間隔和依據。所以，為了說明「潤滑劑」的用法和概念，以下再用三篇案例，簡單地說明如何應用政府法規、遊戲規則、人性法則，讓客戶更容易/願意付錢買單。
