Hey there, Alfie here. I met Pratik a year ago, on Explorer of the Seas. I really enjoyed working with him, not only because of his sense of humor but also he interacted with each Guest and always used his charm to guests who came to complain, and never made anybody left the desk upset. I thought he was natural with his job, but surprisingly he joined the ship as a chef and changed his position to Guest services after that.
