What is Inner Zero? Sharon Wilsie, the creator of Horse Speak, defines it as a state of calm and the awareness of knowing when your state changes. This concept is not only to be practiced while being with horses; it could be a new lifestyle. No one is perfect. You do not need to go to the top of a mountain to meditate for years - you can begin to notice changes in your body from moment to moment and be able to adjust yourself to make your body a nice place to live.
