I found myself 20lbs heavier, struggling to keep my eyes open in the afternoons, with a face full of acne. I was confused as to how I ended up there, being that I worked out and felt like I ate fairly healthy. It seemed like no matter what I tried, I couldnt create the results I wanted in a way that I could see myself maintaining long term. It wasnt until I discovered the unlimited motivation and FREEDOM that exists in living according to Gods VISION for my life and health that I began to see changes.
