From cutoff culture to the tension between collectivism and individualism, we explore what it means to show up with intention in our relationships. This conversation touches on the importance of agreeing to disagree, fighting fair, and being mindful of words that can’t be taken back. We also unpack how to repair friendships in healthy ways, release resentment, hold space for healing, and make peace with the fact that sometimes reconciliation is possible.
