This episode is not one I wanted to record, but one I needed to in order to take care of my mental health, be the mom I want to be, and ultimately show up for you on this podcast the way that I want to.I am going to be pausing the podcast and pausing my social media, for an unknown amount of time (hopefully not too long!), in order to do some much needed work on my mental health, my relationship with entrepreneurship, and my sense of identity.This episode vulnerably shares what has led me to this very difficult decision and why I think it is best for me and my coaching clients and my family even though it comes with a ton of fears and worries.Operating from integrity and authenticity is top priority for me, so I have to practice what I preach, listen to my intuition telling me I am out of alignment, take a step back, ask for help, get realigned, pivot and evolve, and step into the next chapter of my motherhood journey, business journey, and individual journey on a healthier, more sustainable foundation.I firmly believe breakdowns lead to breakthroughs and right now I am in a breakdown phase so that I can learn, grow, release, evolve, and step into a new chapter helping others in a better way.I really hope you listen to this episode and if you resonate with any of it, consider where you may need to take a pause in your life and know that it is okay to take a step back in order to take bigger steps forward in the future.This isn’t goodbye, it is see you soon, and I can’t wait to find my way back here!Connect with Kassy: Website: www.kassysunshine.com Instagram: @kassysunshinelifecoachQuote:“There's no trophy at the end of life, there's no certificate.
