If there is an appraisal required, the customers loan is given a complete second look once the completed appraisal is submitted to see if there are any options for saving the customer more money per month or by lessening costs. Jo Garner has been in the real estate/financing business for over 30 years. She grew up in West Tennessee and has been in the mortgage business in the Memphis area since 1990. She got her start in Portland, Maine where she first began her real estate career. She received her real estate education from the University of Southern Maine and was personally mentored in San Diego, California by Robert G.
