How to Be More Snail

How to Be More Snail

Author: Fiona Whitfield

Ive reached a time in my life where my soul is desiring a slower pace of life. Time to notice more, appreciate more, do less and be more chilled. It feels like the universe is conspiring to help me do this too, helped along by an ankle injury last year and some lingering anxiety from big life events over the last few years. Being more slow is a luscious way to live and I will be speaking to others who are also enjoying the benefits too. I invite you to slow down and join me!

Reclaiming Joy Episode 1
Saturday, 24 August, 2024

Reclaiming Joy - Episode 1It seems that at midlife life can bring all manner of challenges, whether that’s serious health issues, relationship breakdowns, caring for children or elderly parents, financial constraints, bereavement, job losses or other ‘gifts’. These things can bring about a sense of heaviness, of depression, anger - “why me?” and ultimately a loss or lack of joy in our lives. In this introductory episode I look at how we can be joyful when life is tough? Is it actually possible? And what is joy anyway?!
