This month has really been about me finding my personal sweet spot between not doing what I promised and actually doing what I said I would do. One thing that I realized is it NOT the “doing” that actually stops me but it’s who I am in that moment that allows me to make the decision not to do it. It doesn’t matter if it doing the laundry, making up the bed, doing the work to get more clients, or wanting to have sex... the determining factor is really me and how I’m feeling at any particular moment.
