Our Guest : DR Marium Ketait is Emirati Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner and she is the founder of Chikara Global. “Our aim is to remind women to make choices that are healthy for themselves and the community, ensure financial freedom and assume leadership positions. Our motto is Partner, Perform and Prosper together." Dr. Mariam Ketait, founder. The immersive program involves one on one coaching and mentorship, group support circles, solution design through technology and product partnerships. In 2019 & 2020 Dr. Mariam had worked with women Volunteers in healthcare in Morocco, women who lost their jobs in hospitality due to covid in Zanzibar, women who are people of determination and their families in Abudhabi with SEDRA, women who have been trafficked in Mexico, Refugee women from Africa who have social enterprises and support other businesses by facilitating their digital transformation, and women who needed emotional support or were isolated during covid around the world. She also created immersive programs for young girls (teenagers) to help them find their purpose and conducted workshops virtually and in person with young women from the UAE. The CHIKARA collective was formally launched in 2021 and resdesigned to work with enterepreneurs, artisans and crafstwomen and artists around the world. "We work on creating digital solutions, facilitating their access to the market through B2B and B2C solutions. We also create opportunities to help them get exposure and to showcase their arts and products."
