Housing market 2022 – 2023 Crash or Boom?Crash or Boom, in the 1970’s world market had one crisis to deal with (fuel crisis) that caused massive inflation and effected the world markets. In 2022 were facing multiple crises that make the 1970’s look simple. Low unemployment (4%), a pandemic, ongoing covid supply chain issues, interest rates increasing 3 to 4 times over the next 12 months, a global slowdown in business, a 1970’s style fuel prices crisis, war in Europe. Today we will be talking about how the housing market react over the next 12 – 24 months.
