Hello, fellow nerds! This week, we got to chat with Neena Laskowski, author of The King’s Weapon and The Heir’s Bargain!Neena Laskowski didn't fall in love with reading until she started writing her own stories in fourth grade, when she realized reading would improve her writing. She earned her Master’s in Secondary Education and Bachelor’s in English and Classical Studies from the University of Michigan. After teaching middle school English for a few years, she decided to pursue her life-long passion for writing.When she is not writing morally grey heroines or working her day job, she can be found camping with her husband, starting a random house renovation she found on TikTok, cuddling with her dog and cat on the couch with a good book, painting with a glass of wine in hand (and hoping she doesn't mix her paint water with her drink), or spending quality time with her friends and family.Listen in as we chat more about Neena’s books, deadly libraries, and her upcoming projects.
