Infinity Media Podcast is a joint effort between Phil Mateo and Chris Papastefanou. Both are currently earning their masters in Media Studies and as a part of their academic studies decided to create this very show. Phils interests lie within the realm of video gaming, digital media literacy, and the capitalism that drives our media systems. Chris interests are in sports media and analyzing the question are sports entertainment? Like Phil, he is also interested in the capitalism that guides our media.

With Phil being an avid gamer and Chris being involved with Sports Media the two embark on a discussion that educates as well as entertains. Should E-Sports be considered sports as it’s called in the title or perhaps is it something different utilizing a “McLuhan” retrieval of the title Sports.
