POP QUIZ! Can you name one animal that is the color pink? That's right! The beautiful, "pretty in pink" flamingo is one of them! But are flamingos always pink? Well today, we'll learn the famous saying, "You are what you eat" and about a special pigment (the stuff that makes color) in their food that gives color to their feathers! It also reminds us that "we are what we eat" too! Not just the food we eat, but also the things we watch, read, and listen to that can influence who we are.
