He currently resides in Brazil. Scott is a member of the Tortoise and Freshwater Turtle Specialist Group of the IUCN Species Survial Commission. We talk about the importance of taxonomy for conservation, turtle bum breathing and the recent discovery of a Galapagos Tortoise thought extinct for over 100 years.
