Welcome to another episode of Circumsessions where we have the privilege to be able to chat to Mr. Pat Malone on his pathway into paediatric urology and his collaborations between urology and paediatric general surgery which eventually led to the development of the (M)ACE procedure. This outstanding modification led to a revolution in the management of neurogenic bowels over the last number of decades and continues to be performed today.
