Hey everyone! After an extended break I’m back! After a mammoth amount of content for NaPodPoMo I ended up having a break. However, the break kept getting larger. In Episode 5, I talk about the 44 days until I return to the Great North Run and how training is going. I discuss Bowel Cancer UK who I’m running in support of. After seeing the International Space Station fly over last night, I muse on lofty goals and how humans love chasing them.
