Lust

This is a temptation, both men and women fight. It’s not just one person‘s problem. It’s all of ours. In this brief overview of what and where lust appears, I talk about various forms that the devil attacks us. Of course it’s not everything that could be mentioned, but I think it is a good starting place to open the conversation for deeper discussion. Although, in some points I speak more closely to the female perspective, I want to acknowledge that men also struggle with the cultural forces on body image. Health has been so intertwined with how one ought to look it is no longer about health, but more about appearance. We all have been given different bodies, personalities, and so on; however, I yearn people to carefully reflect on how one thinks in order to determine if they struggle with accepting their body for how it is due to genuine health, culture, or other reasons.
