*食材 新鮮嫩豆包 六片 咖哩香料粉 兩湯匙 水一杯 椰奶 300cc 蠔油兩兩匙 辣油 一茶匙 鹽巴 一茶匙 味精 兩茶匙 奶粉適量 芹菜兩根 香菜少許 薑一小塊 咖哩蟹肉泰文是แกงเผ็ด 步驟 1.新鮮嫩豆包、芹菜切絲、香菜切絲、薑切末 2.取300cc椰奶倒入碗,椰奶中加入素蠔油、 辣油、 糖 、鹽 、咖哩粉和味精攪拌均勻,打兩顆蛋與椰奶和調味料攪拌均勻放著備用。 3.炒鍋加點油爆香薑末,把炸好的豆包下鍋炒一下。 4.加入約半杯的純椰奶再稍微炒一下,之後倒入剛備好的那一碗椰奶調味料,放入芹菜和香菜,再炒到蛋液凝固成滑蛋的程度就可關火起鍋。
