This seems like a strange question on the surface, but when you start getting into it, you begin to recognize that a lot of what you do day-to-day is not actually FOR you, but to work AGAINST you. When we sacrifice our wants and needs for ourselves to support others, how are we blocking ourselves? How are we avoiding the things we need to get done, or things we need to do to show up for ourselves? How are we actually abandoning ourselves when we try to do things for others all the time?
