6: Over The Edge

There is a part of you that speaks without words. That intuits in the dark. That ties you to the web of our shared humanity. This way of knowing isn’t verified or scientifically proven. In fact, it’s usually brushed aside as “hysterics” or “woo woo”. It can’t be measured or quantified and so it is dismissed. When in fact, it is the energetic connection that holds together our material realities. Without it, the structure of reality ceases. This is your Solar Plexus. Your ability to feel and translate its knowing. And this week the sun shined bright upon our spiritual intelligence. The aspect of our psyches that self generates the impulse of creation as a whole. This Heavenly Body of Virgo is connected to the unseen. A steward of the temples we build within. The 6 transcends the friction driven paradigm of the unconscious impulse that perpetuates its shadow as a recurring reminder of resonance in form. What it is to become one with the center of our gravity. To revolve the orbital, transiting movements of life experience, in its peaks and valleys and remain. Conflict assumes the inability to merge, while diplomacy shape shifts in honor of its nature. Gene Key 6: The Shadow of Conflict, The Gift of Diplomacy, The Siddhi of PeaceGK 6 is physiological correlated to the mesenteric plexus or lumbar ganglia. This is a series of sympathetic nerves that signal to the Intestines, Colon and reproductive organs for that help with digestion and blood flow. Glycine helps with inhibitory processes in the gut and reproductive organs to manage inflammation and mucous membranes. “The lumbar ganglia and mesenteric plexus transmit autonomic signals shaping gut and reproductive organ function. Glycine acts as a brake in these circuits, preventing overactivation.” - ChatGPT upon questioning the connection between the mesenteric plexus and glycine. To me this signals that reproduction and elimination are influenced by each other. Emotional processing encourages motility and digestion and brings blood flow to reproductive organs. Translated energetically, in allowing the flow of our own unique energetic rhythm’s we can better connect with each other. External conflict is symptom of unresolved internal conflicts and the unseen tension between those two orientations. GK 6 is relationally community drive and emotion by nature. The shadow operates from fear based frequency of protecting its individuality and personal power. Responding to a sensitivity to the boundaries and merging in relationships. It requires a surrender to the sovereignty of both beings and can adapotand maintain its structure under outside influence. To transcend this shadow, we transcend sexual desire/impulse physically and open to new explorations of spiritual truth in connection to our tribe and loved ones. In the gene keys, Richard Rudd talks about the affects of GK 6 being auric/energetic in its communication. Diplomacy is energetic settling of the differences when we come together. The allowance of another’s energetic disposition in communion with your own. Hexagram 6 : Contention, Heaven over WaterThis hexagram impresses the importance of “common ground”. This furthers the translations of the gene keys, in coming together in sovereignty. This is not about voicing our differences, but in knowing our human experience is as equally powerful in its feeling. The advice of hexagram 6 is connected to “when truth is blocked”. In HD, 6 is connected to the Solar Plexus. Our centers of emotional processing, personal power and Truth. Truth as defined as the spiritual experience of the moment, ever changing and fluid. There are some universal truths that we all agree on and many of them can be qualified in feeling which sometimes lies outside of tangible measurement. Gate 6: Conflict, the Gate of FrictionIn the Definitive Book of Human Design, this gate emphasizes the mechanically operation of Gate 6’s influence on the aura which is also iterated in the Gene Keys explanation as well. Gate 6 is the auric friction we experience when we step into another persons aura. When these mechanics are resolved, intimacy can continue. The 6 is not open during friction until a level of spiritual awareness from the Solar Plexus can be reached. Friction is meant to be listened to and not avoided. Before intimacy with another there should be a Truth in Spirit. This is about religious belief system alignment or spiritual authority, this an energetic communication. A way of knowing that stands outside of what can be measured or seen in the mundane. An amalgamation of all energetic disputes in any given environment. Your emotional wave stretches the spectrum of your truth so you can fully see what safely lands and honors the spiritual nature of your creative life force.
