We Talk Flooring - Episode #6
Wednesday, 3 June, 2020
This week we chat to Nathan from Floorscape (known in Australia as Premium Floors). We cover a lot of ground from hybrids to laminate, silica dust and more. For anyone who wants to follow up with some of the products discussed, Robertson and Sinclair are the dealers for Festool and sell the TS 55 plunge saw and they also are the dealer for Leuco circular saw blades. The blades Nathan was talking about utilise PCD technology Poly Crystalline Diamond tips. Leuco know these as the NN system or no noise. The tooth geometry is a hollow grind. For more information on Quick Step please check these links: https://academy.quick-step.com/rowflooringacademystorefront/rowflooring-academy-nz/en_NZ https://www.quick-step.co.nz/en-nz https://floorscape.co.nz/ Hope you Enjoy! *Please note at the 1:08:20 mark in the podcast Nathan made a mistake with the growth rate of Hybrid LVT, and has advised he should have said 0.04mm not 0.4mm*
