Not From the Jews Only
Sunday, 4 October, 2026
In this exposition of Romans 9:24-29, the preacher unfolds the sweetness of the gospel amid the sobering reality of God's sovereign election: the vessels of mercy whom He has prepared for glory are effectually called from both Jews and Gentiles. Drawing on Hosea and Isaiah, Paul demonstrates that God's Word has never failed - Gentiles who were "not My people" are now called beloved sons of the living God, while only a remnant of ethnic Israel is saved according to grace. The message calls believers to humble gratitude that their inclusion rests solely on the Potter's mercy and Christ's finished work, not human effort or ethnic privilege.
