Das Richtprojekt Klybeckplus zeigt, wie auf dem rund 30 Hektar grossen Klybeck-Areal ein neuer, grüner und durchmischter Stadtteil für knapp 9'000 Bewohner:innen und rund 8'000 Arbeitsplätze entstehen soll. Die Planung setzt stark auf Nachhaltigkeit, neue Parks und eine langfristige städtebauliche Entwicklung. Offen bleibt jedoch, welchen Platz die bisher prägenden Kultur- und Zwischennutzungen im neuen Quartier haben werden.
