Recently, there has been a study (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30772765?fbclid=IwAR1RUD-LMttpPy7g8mhv6zGPk3YwjDAXcC0okjhNQ76JKYFZidspx1lPyj4) linking a popular  weight loss app tied with eating disorders. I discuss how this app has led me close to having an eating disorder and how I felt while I was on it. I sincerely hope this prevents at least one person from getting even close to where I was.
