As a mother, I have often been guilty of putting myself last, taking on too much and working past the point of exhaustion. It wasn't good for me, my child or my relationships. Always remember, that it is healthy to take a step back, to leave your child with a trusted babysitter or parent and do the things that make you feel like a human being.
